I'm Jimmy, and I've dedicated nearly 14 years of my life to serving as a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria, both in metropolitan and regional areas. During this time, I've spent over 8 years as a clinical instructor. I've had the privilege of working with countless students and have seen common challenges that need addressing.

One pressing issue that keeps arising, especially among those who've had to wait on the order of merit for over six months, is the struggle to balance the demands of their ambulance service training and ongoing assessments.     This will be followed by a 1-hour Zoom Q&A session, enabling us to delve into key concepts introduced during the first session.
